We’re making legal work faster, clearer, and honestly…more enjoyable.

Lawyers spend too much time wrestling with documents, context switching, and “AI outputs” they can’t verify. Alice changes that: one workspace where the case file becomes structured insight and draft-ready output - with sources you can click and check. The frontend is where this experience either feels magical… or frustrating.

We’re looking for a frontend engineer who obsesses over UX, performance, and polish, and can build interfaces that power users love.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain a modern, high-performance web UI for document-heavy workflows.
  • Create reusable components and patterns that scale across the product.
  • Make complex flows feel simple: timelines, structured case views, citations, diffing, drafting.
  • Partner with product/design to translate user needs into clean UI decisions.
  • Optimize for speed (rendering, state management, perceived performance).
  • Ensure quality: testing, edge cases, accessibility basics, and consistent behavior.

You’ll likely work with

  • TypeScript + modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue).
  • Component libraries/design systems and advanced UI patterns.
  • API integrations, streaming/async interactions, and state management.
  • Performance tooling (profiling, bundle size, caching strategies).

What we’re looking for

  • Strong frontend experience shipping real products (medior–senior level).
  • You care about the details: UI consistency, responsiveness,  micro-interactions, usability.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and iteration (we move fast, but we don’t ship junk).
  • Solid engineering habits: clean code, tests where it matters, thoughtful refactors.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in (or able to work within) CEST timezone.

Nice-to-haves (not required)

  • Experience with complex editors (rich text, document viewers, annotation/citation UI).
  • Familiarity with AI UX patterns (source panels, confidence cues, verification flows).
  • Experience working with enterprise users and permissioned content.

What you can expect

  • A  product-driven environment: you build things users feel immediately.
  • Ownership: you’ll influence UI architecture and product patterns early.
  • Speed with standards: iterate quickly, keep quality high.
  • Flexible hours/location (CEST-friendly).
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Equal opportunity employer: competencies first.
