Sales is where that value becomes real adoption. We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can turn curiosity into conviction, run sharp demos, and help law firms roll out Alice firmwide - not as a gimmick, but as anew operating system for their daily work

What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle: qualify, demo, propose, negotiate, and close.
  • Convert inbound interest and generate outbound opportunities (LinkedIn/email/calls).
  • Run tailored demos for law firms (partners + associates) and handle objections with clarity.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and clean CRM hygiene.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure strong handover, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts (more seats, wider rollout, additional teams).
  • Contribute to go-to-market initiatives: events, webinars, partnerships, referral programs, content angles.
  • Feed structured market insights back into Product and Marketing (what wins,  what blocks, what’s missing).

You’ll likely work with

  • CRM tooling and sales workflows (pipeline stages, sequences, reporting, forecasting).
  • Outbound prospecting channels (LinkedIn, email) and light enablement content.
  • Product-led sales motions: quick time-to-value, trials/pilots, clear success criteria.
  • Close collaboration with Product & CS to align commercial promises with delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS preferred), owning pipeline and closing.
  • Strong prospecting habits and comfort running structured outbound sequences.
  • Commercial mindset: you sell value and outcomes, not features.
  • Independent, organized, and structured - you move deals forward without chaos.
  • Tech-savvy  and quick to understand complex, document-heavy workflows.
  • Fluent Dutch required.

Nice-to-haves (not required)

  • Experience selling into law firms / legal services or professional services.
  • Legal background (education or prior work exposure in legal).
